Hi all...
This is my first post to the Forum...I'm thinking of travelling to GC mid November for a month.
What restrictions are there at the airport and what is life in general like there i.e.: going for a walk, having a beer, sunbathing day on the beach. Late night offerings are not my interest so Late Bars and Disco's etc don't bother me.
Hope everyone stays safe...
Thank You
DAVE

Hello lovely people,
Has anyone experience of taking out a mortgage in Gran Canaria? Please share your experience and your advice.
We are planning to ask the bank for a mortgage, do banks have an interest only mortgage product in Spain? Which bank is the best lender?
Looking forward to hearing from you
Thank you
Mary

Hi
We have only been living in Gran Canaria for a month and need to know which company would be best for WiFi and which is the best way of getting British T.V. there seem lots of options, but its always best to get peoples opinions rather than companies
Look forward to hearing from someone

Hey! we are a family living in Sweden and sometimes travel to Spain and Gran Canaria for holidays. Our daughters are from 10 to 14 years old and study Spanish in school. Tell them today, why do you get a Spanish IBF (best friend) and at the same time practice in conversation. There may also be an opportunity to see when we are on holiday in GC.
Got the question from one of them that how do you do then? It should be peers know that fom uses snap, Tiktok, Facebook etc. This is the question asked here on the forum. :-)) Best regards!

Hi. My name is Steve. I'm from Florida in the USA. I have been in Gran Canaria since 2011, and I am currently living in Telde. I would love to meet some English speakers and build some new friendships with people who also live here.

Hello lovely expats,
We had great response to our previous message regarding residency, and thanks for that.
We are now on our way to residency, however, we now have concerens about double tax as a result of residency by the UK and Spanish governments. Sharing experience of double tax or introduction to a relavant profesional such as an accountant/fiscal advisor would be much appreciated.
Thanks

We have an apartment on La Isleta and are booked to come on October 5th 2020 from the UK.
I've been reading with trepidation about the coronavirus outbreaks in Las Palmas.
Has anyone had any first hand experience ?
Is it safe on La Isleta.
Are the restaurants and bars open ?
Anything I should be aware of if I travel ?
Thanks,Michael
