Hi everyone,
We have been coming to Arguineguin for a number of years and bought a flat in Arguineguin two years ago and we love it. We want to get residenci before the 31st of December 2020, can anyone recommend a gestoria to help us with the process/paperwork?. We are currently in the Uk, planning to come back in November .

Hi mary there is a company in Puerto rico who helped us through our residencia you really do need an interpreter and various documentation
The name slips my mind but I have the phone number and a name
It was quite expensive but the assistance we got was exceptional and the interpreter was always with us during the process

Hi Mary
We used the Alpha team in San Fernando for our residency unfortunately due to Covid they no longer offer this service however, the lady who helped us Diana was brilliant.
She now does this privately and is very reasonable, she is still helping us with various things social security numbers, driving licences etc.
