Carrefour  have lots of Spices Vecendario. 

There is a Chinese supermarket at the southern entrance of Plaza del Hierro in San Fernando.

No so good for food stuff

I don't understand. It is full of food stuff.

Hi Marion  there is a stall on a Friday in puerto de mogan  across from gran shanghai  chinese restaurant  at bus station 

Sells  lots of spices  tandoori curry banana  curry 

I use her all the time

Hi Marian there is also a small supermarket  at the entrance to the old shopping centre across from McDonald's in puerto rico 

They sell Thai Red and green curry paste and various spices and naan bread

Thai Red and green curry paste. Various spices  flours and 

Coconut milk. Also the best naan bread ( frozen. But can be refrozen )7
