Is there anywhere in San Agustin or nearby where I can participate on Tai Chi classes

I am a diabetic lady whose blood sugars are not entirely under control. I live in San Fernando and need help for the occassions when I may required admittance .to Cenrtro Salud or Isletta hospital.

I am moostly aware when I am having a hypo but on occassion these can happen over-night with the slight possibility that I might not wake up.

Previously I have had a carer that visited me daily for an hour to check that I am compos mentis but lately that changed to a daily morning 'whats up' (free0 phone call. Most important is the ability to have the ability to be able get to me and to liaise with paramedics or to get me to a hospital.

I lost my phone today. We had visited Aguimes and headed inland towards St Lucia.🙂 £50 Reward if found and returned to me in working order.🙂

We stopped at the amazing Canyon of Las Vacas. I'm not sure if I dropped it there or before we reached St Lucia. 

I feel lost without the precious memories stored on my phone.

I am heart broken as it had so many photos on it.  

I attach a photo of the phone case in case it helps to identify the phone.

I just hope some kind sole has picked it up and reads this message.

My kid lost his beloved toy, a keychain with a Red dress from LEGO. Unfortunately we dont exactly know where it got lost. Please help us find it!

Good day we were in Las Palmas in the beach on Wednesday this week my husband lost a bag with his phone and other items in it, either lost it in the toilets located on the beach or in a taxi.  Please please if anyone finds it or know any lost property department please let me know my husband has had lots id cancer treatment and his phone has important information on it thanks you so much for any help

Could you please help me to locate Wojciech Rycabel. He stayed in Green Field Hotel (Playa Del Ingles, Gran Canaria) from 21 Dec to 28Dec 2022 however he didn't return to Scotland.
