Phone and in person assistance

I am a diabetic lady whose blood sugars are not entirely under control. I live in San Fernando and need help for the occassions when I may required admittance .to Cenrtro Salud or Isletta hospital.

I am moostly aware when I am having a hypo but on occassion these can happen over-night with the slight possibility that I might not wake up.

Previously I have had a carer that visited me daily for an hour to check that I am compos mentis but lately that changed to a daily morning 'whats up' (free0 phone call. Most important is the ability to have the ability to be able get to me and to liaise with paramedics or to get me to a hospital.
