Getting an estate agent to manage the purchase of a property

Hi there, my brother and I have a limited company and want to buy an investment property we have viewed in gran canaria.

 We are looking for a quality estate agent service to help facilitate the purchase and relevant paperwork, is this something that anyone can help with? We have tried on estate agent but they don't seem to want to help despite quoting roughly 6k euros in fees for the purchase process on fees, mortgage set up etc.

Any help and advice or suggested companies would be welcomed please.
