Business mortgage for a UK LTD company

Hi everyone,
I wanted to pick collective brains on mortgages please. My brother and I own a UK LTD company and want to get a 50% mortgage on a €400k property as a buy to let investment but we are struggling to find lenders or clarity on how to do this.
Does anyone have any advice or recommended brokers who could help with this?
