When Gran Canaria are on the UK green list will we still have to produce a PCR negative test to enter our hotel which is currently the case,Gran canaria have welcomed UK tourists as of monday with no test needed however they have not said if the test is needed for apartments and hotels

It is the 72 hour test you have before you leave the UK to show your covid test is Negative x

Hi Gilly, I know that Boots do PCR tests, which cost roughly 120 pounds if memory serves me right. You need to book your slot to be tested though. You can also buy from boots the tests that you need to do at home once you get back on days 2 and 8. They post you them and you send back your sample to be analysed. Although with all of this, things change day by day but hope this may be some help to you.

As time goes on you would hope that rules will get relaxed. We are going in December and don't want these extra procedures to still be in place then, but watch this space!!
