We have found a flat that we would like to buy, in Las Palmas.

The exterior facade has some cracking, and the balcony is covered with that green netting stuff.  The agent said it will all be fixed before the sale goes through, but we're wondering how well that would be done.

Friends have suggested that we should get an architect to look at the property, before committing to the purchase.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thank you - I'll save their details.
