Pharmacy and B12 ampoules

good morning,
This is my first time travelling to Arguineguin. I have pernicious anaemia and wonder if I can buy B12 injectables (hydroxocobalim) over the counter in pharmacies, I believe it may be know as megamilbedoce?
P.s what is the weather like, as I like to paddleboard, surf and swim? I am bringing a cardigan and jacket for the evenings (packed 21kg) just for 7 days :)
