I am English, 73 years old and I live in Vecindario. I am trying to claim a Ingreso Minimo Vital and urgently need advice or help with this. My Spanish is limited. Any help very gratefully received.

Am also interested in making new friends. 

Hi, my wife & I have to visit the neurologist at the Hospiten in Vecindario Gran Canaria on February 7th at 13:30. My wife has a reasonable Spanish vocabulary, whereas I’m somewhat less competent. Given that the neurologist only speaks Spanish I wondered whether someone local would be able to translate to English for us during the consultation. We are both Spanish residents and live in Tías Lanzarote. Could anyone interested be kind enough to let me know if you would be available for this service (or can recommend someone who can) and at what cost.

Hi all, we are a couple in our 60s resident in Lanzarote. I am coming over to the Hospiten Vecindario on 7th Feb and looking for a translator who for a reasonable rate be present for my neurological appointment at around 13:00.

I am English, 73 years old and in receipt of UK pensions. I can not speak Spanish and have received no help from local immigration authorities. I lived in Italy for 22 years and arrived to join my Italian partner a couple of months ago. I live in Vecindario and badly need adivise and help about obtaining residence,

Lost in a taxi from the airport to Pozo Izquierdo on 19 Nov afternoon. The taxi receipt says taxi LM8. The Pozowinds rental shop was kind enough to call the taxi company for me. The taxi company gave a case number and promised to call them back. I left my contact details at the shop. No call so far.

I am based in the uk and would like to purchase a TV for a friend in Gran Canaria , however i cant seem to buy a TV online as the shops (Carrefour/Worten) will not accept a uk based card .

Hi. After many years visiting the island I retired here in sept and bought a apartment. It’s part of a complex but I concerned I haven’t received a water or electricity bill yet and I don’t to receive a large bill later.as I’m the only one living in the apartment I don’t expect either bill to be high especially in Vecindario. Any help or advice would be much appreciated
