Hi. After many years visiting the island I retired here in sept and bought a apartment. It’s part of a complex but I concerned I haven’t received a water or electricity bill yet and I don’t to receive a large bill later.as I’m the only one living in the apartment I don’t expect either bill to be high especially in Vecindario. Any help or advice would be much appreciated

Do you pay monthly community fees..if so water and electric could be included...check with the estate agent who sold the property or with the residents association...hope this helps..
