Can anyone recommend: A builder near Maspalomas

Hi, I am looking to get some renovation work done on a property (replacing tiles on a 93 sq.m terrace, renovating 2 small bathrooms, interior painting of the 157sq.m property and replacing some light fixtures).
What is the estimated cost for tiling per sq meter (incl. removal of old tiles)? (The tiles are 30x60 and the adhesive should be used behind the whole surface of the tile.)
I am also looking for recommendations for a reliable builder. Thanks
