Retirement place

Greetings
I am new in the forum and basically I arrived here looking for answer to this question. Im from the north of Spain but planning to come to Gran Canarias for retirement.
Im trying to find a nice retirement house or similar, to share the place and find people to plan activities. Even better if they have some inhouse nursing services.
Do you happen to know any place like this? I set here Maspalomas but any other nice village in the south area of the island is also considerable.
