Looking for advice

Hello all. I have a brother and his partner in maspalomas, they have to leave there hotel by Sunday, they have a flight booked out on Friday, but with all the new problems arising there is major concern. I’m looking for anyone that can help. Maybe the ex pat community?. It may mean they have to stay in maspalomas with no accommodations. Any advice or help would be a great help, we are worrying like mad. Thank you in advance. I would like to thank those that offered advice, as of 18.47 uk time today (Friday) my brother and his partner arrived back in the uk, thank you to all.

Hello please don’t worry, we have only just moved here last Saturday so haven’t had a chance to join the expat community. I’m sure the flight on Friday will go ahead, but if not perhaps Airbnb is not included in the shut down so you may be able to get accommodation plus check trip advisor in case you can get an apartment to rent. Contact Cardenas estate agents to see if they have any short term lets available. Kindest regards and all the best 😊

Thank you so much for the reply, it was nice for someone to respond. My family have managed to get a flight and are touching down in Barcelona as I type, so first leg done.. now a wait to see if they can get home. But again thank you.. very much appreciated.. Di
