Holiday Rental companies

Hi... I'm new to the forum. I purchased an apartment near the water a few hundred meters from Las Canteras Beach. I wish to rent it out for holiday rentals. What reputable companies can handle that for me? Also, are there tricks and scams that I need to watch out for?
I love the island and it's laid back lifestyle and go there as often as possible...
