Lost: Small suitcase left on bus

14 April departed Puerto Rico 11.46.11am Aeropuerto Express for the airport. Realising we collected wrong case off the bus and we believe our case has arrived at Las Palmas. My brother has been in contact with the bus depot and case has been identified as being ours by clarifying its contents, however language barrier is preventing from case being delivered home.
