street permit for building rubble container

Hi Everyone,

We are refurbishing an apartment in the Canteras area of Las Palmas and looking for advice or experience regarding a street permit or licence requirements for building rubble container. Parking is problematic in the are as you would imagine. I would like to know what is required and how to request it and interested in any experience. Thanks
