Are there any recycling centres on Gran Canaria. Having just unpacked our removal boxes (300ish) we have a lot of cardboard, paper and plastic wrapping to get rid of. I think it would fill up the street collection bin many times over

I'm very interested to see any responses to this, as was going to post something about recycling services anyway soon. Maybe you could help with this? I'm very environmentally conscious and hoping to move to Gran Canaria in the next year so am keen to know whether there are kerbside recycling facilities and what gets recycled. We can recycle practically anything in London now, and I feel very uncomfortable about taking a step backwards!
