I am an Irish passport holder and can apply for an NIE number to stay longer than 90 days but my husband has a UK passport. We need legal advice please to see if he can also get an NIE number as we are married and on the back of my EU passport. Any advice on an English speaking legal advisor would be appreciated. Or if anyone on the forum has had experience of this any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
