Can anyone recommend a reasonable car hire company in the Plays del Ingles area?

Ever since I first used their services I love Cicar. A local business, with very reasonable rates, and completely hassle-free thanks to their 100% insurance coverage, so that dropping off your car literally amounts to just parking it and handing in the key. They have a Playa del Inglés branch (https://www.cicar.com/ES/action/officeView/Playa-Ingles).

The cheapest is Pluscars but unfortunately airport pickup. If you do a search on line you see the difference in prices. Although I have not checked lately xx

Pluscar quote is 429 euros per week. I can't believe it.

Hi Sue , unfortunately the car hire prices have gone through the roof . Someone here praísed Cicar where I was last week in P d E and the guy was extremely unfriendly .
I got a car BMW X 1 for 2 weeks but cost 1200e . from Avant . There is a shortage of cars so they have doubled their prices . For long term + 3 months theres a Merc coupe in P d Cura 600e a month. HAVE a great day.
