a air conditioning service MULTISERVCOS MASPOLOMAS NESPINOEEthat has ripped me off and refuses to reply to my messages

I paid a company owned by Jose ESPINO  800 euros to fit a air conditioner in my flat ,he fitted it on a wall where there is no drainage ,its a studio flat he could see there wa a sink on the opposite wall ,he should have advised me to put it on the opposite wall so I would not have to have it drain into a unsightl bucket ,which if my flat was rented out ,I could have tenants that forgot to empty it resulting in water flowing out onto the tv below ,when I messaged him he wasn't interested just said I should get a bigger water container ,and the picture on his quote shows no pipes outside the wall ,but I have conduit unsightly pipes running across my wall ,does anyone know who I can go to who governs this kind of labour ,or do I have to go to mu lawyer and sue him ,it seems like another case of rip of the English,cause I should have gone to conforma and they would have supplied and fitted its for 600 euros and given e better advice.
