Me and my partner are coming over 23rd nov and are both exempt from wearing masks. Is this an issue over there ???

Not if you have an exemption letter from your doctor
I would still carry one with you if you are out walking and slip it on if you are in crowded environments
I have just read the canary news which you can download to confirm
(see 100€ fines to be enforced)
