Hello, I was wondering if there are any bars in Puerto Rico where you can get a bet on the Horse racing, Thank you.
I believe there is a turf accountant. At the sun spot the top end of the old shopping mall upstairs at Harry's lounge. You'll get a great traditional fish chips and mushy peas too
There is also on upstairs iin the mogan mall far end
