Santander bank opening account

Has anyone tried to open a bank account with Santander?

I’ve been trying for weeks now and still no success. At first the identification failed all the time. I solved that by using my phone to identify myself and that worked very well.

Then I had a problem with my paycheck. They need your last paycheck, so uploaded that. But that keeps getting rejected. The only reason I can think of is that my paycheck is in Dutch.

Any advice?
