Property wanted to rent: 1 room apartment

Hello everyone. Me and my girlfriend just moved here in Maspalomas and we are trying to find a 1 room apartment for a long period of time, at least 1 year, with contract. We are both working, but we don't have yet a work contract because we need a house contract for that and vice versa. Can anyone help us with some tips or some agencies who can help us without work contract. We can a ford to pay 1 month rent, plus agency and deposit. Thank you for your help.
