Hi, we got ours in Wortons and the installation was included in the price. The first day that he came our builder ran him because he couldn't work and have him in his way. !!! Anyway, the installer left them there and said to give him a buzz when we werre ready and he'd come back. It took weeks but he did and he put theme EXACTLY where we said. He was a very nice man, easy to deal with, nothing a problem. So I would recommend Worton's because of this and the reasonable price
