Hi everyone,
The last two occasions we holidayed on GC was pre pandemic. However, on both occasions our holiday was seriously blighted by the sheer number of touts behaving aggressively and ignoring polite refusal to engage with them. This was so bad that we vowed at the time never to return until this problem was sorted by the authorities. Could anyone let me know whether this problem has been dealt with? My understanding was that there were laws introduced curtailing their behaviour and strict areas where they could operate. My experience was that these rules/laws were being totally ignored. It’s such a shame as, apart from these leeches, we love visiting this beautiful island. Thanks in advance.
