Try REALE  they have an office in Maspalonas 2nd Block where Chemist is. 

2. I move my Car insurance to Lineadirect much cheaper .

Hi  did also Via SabadellSolbank  . In short got a much better offer.  Also  we had a small claim which took 1 year to get paid . Now do direct .

I tried to make an enquirery about making a claim for a stolen bike (high value)

They will not answer my e mails or WhatsApp messages

Thank for info will investigate for sure.

All Spanish insurance co are "slow"  if you dont get a reply go and make a complaint at their office .

I found Liniadirect quite easy to call and get updates.

Hi. Is it Mapfre that would not answer you. I’m not a fan either. When the big storm came last year and ruined the ceiling on my new bathroom from the roof I couldn’t get them to send out someone to say it was ok to go ahead and get fixed. In the end the Community paid for anyone’s that got destroyed ( why I can’t find out either) but my friend who is from Gran Canaria told me that none of the others are any better.
