Looking to buy in Agaete, need some advice please

Hi, Joanne and Tom here. We're looking to buy on the Island and are looking at Agaete. We are interested in hiking, cycling & tennis and i would like to do some pilates/yoga. Is there a good xpat community in the area ? Looking forward to reading your replies, many thanks - Joanne
